The Kappa Pod is a very easy going group, with not much to complain about.
Kappa's known to be a chill group of people. Kappa will create a page about Housing on campus.
Emma has Pink Hair and is in Intro to Art. Nick is also in Intro to Art, and probably doesn't like it much more than Emma does.
Randall Hall:
Randall Hall is located across the street from the main part of campus, on Winchester Street. It is built in an L shape, and Monadnock hall, another dorm, sits in the middle. The hall has two wings, the A wing and the B wing. Both sides have four floors. The floors are divded by gender, although the wings are not. This past year, 07-08, Randall has all forced triples, but the rooms are big enough so that you are not squished. There is a Main Lounge located in the center of dorm which everyone shares. It has it's own staircase so that it does not seem divided by the wings. In the lounge there is large flat screen TV, a pool table, and a ping-pong table. As well as the Main Lounge, each individual floor has a lounge. These lounges have tables and chairs, if you need a quiet place to study. Also, each floor has it's own bathroom with four showers, and a kitchen. Inside the kitchen there is a microwave and a sink, no stove or oven. Each wing has four washers and four dryers which are located on the first floor. On the end of each wing there is an emergency exit and a stairwell.
The forced triples have a set of bunk beds and a lofted bed. The bunked and lofted beds do not have ladders or railings. Underneath the lofted bed there is a desk and a bureau. There are also two other desks that are attached to the wall, two moveable closets, and two other dressers. There are no carpets, the floors are tile.
